TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

All orders are subject to these conditions of sale.

 

All items are subject to availability.  If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply an ordered product to you, you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, a substitute item of equivalent design, quality and price.

 

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Promotional codes and offers cannot be used on sale items. Promotions apply to full-priced items only, can be used once only and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 

 

YOUR DEQI ACCOUNT AND PASSWORDS

 

Your account contains all of your order history, your delivery details, address book, and e-mail preferences.  You can see and edit any of this information by logging in using your username and password.

 

You are wholly responsible for the confidentiality and maintenance of your personal account information and password.  It is important that you keep your personal details and password confidential and secure at all times.  You accept responsibility for all activities which occur under / in relation to your account and password.  

 

If you have any reason to suspect that your password has become known to someone else or has been or is likely to be used without your authorisation you should contact us immediately.  We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage as a failure by you to protect your password or account details.

 

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate personal accounts, amend and remove content and cancel orders at any time and at our absolute discretion.

 

REGISTRATION

 

You guarantee that when you register with us as a customer all the information you provide is true, accurate and up to date.  If any of the information provided changes, you must inform us immediately by contacting us at contact@deqidesigns.com or by updating your personal account.

 

You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name which you do not have authority to use.

 

You must not use the website in any way which will cause or is likely to cause the website to be impaired, damaged or interrupted in any way.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

 

You must pay for the goods in full (including any applicable delivery fees and bank charges) at the time of placing your order. 

 

Ownership in the goods we supply to you will not pass until we have received all sums due and payable by you for or in connection with the goods, including (where applicable) delivery fees and bank charges.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

 

Once you have received confirmation of your order, changes can only be made by contacting us at contact@deqidesigns.com.

 

Changes made to your order after the original confirmation will result in a new approximate time frame for delivery. 

 

QUALITY

 

Please note that many DeQi products are handloomed, therefore there may be minor imperfections in the looming and slight variations to the colours depicted on our website.

 

SHIPPING

 

We ship worldwide.

 

For orders outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, there is a fixed delivery fee of £4.95.

 

There is no delivery fee for orders exceeding £100.

 

DELIVERY

 

Expected delivery time: 5 – 7 working days.

 

For personalized items, expected delivery time: 7 – 10 working days.

 

We cannot in any way be held responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been mailed to you by us.

 

DELAYS IN DELIVERY

 

Occasionally the delivery of your item(s) may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control.  If for any reason we are unable to deliver the goods within the original approximate timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and the new timeframe as soon as possible.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

 

REFUNDS

 

To obtain an immediate refund, you must either cancel the order before we have incurred (a) any personalization costs (if applicable) and / or (b) any shipping / delivery costs.

 

To obtain a refund in relation to shipped items, please email us at contact@deqidesigns.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order and first return the relevant product(s) to us within 14 calendar days of receipt in the same condition as when received by you, together with the original packaging, which must be unmarked, undamaged and in a resalable condition.

 

In relation to personalized items, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted once any personalization costs have been incurred by us.

 

Until any returned goods are received by us in the same condition as when received by you, together with the original packaging, which must be unmarked, undamaged and in a resalable condition, you are wholly responsible for them, including in relation to any loss or damage.

 

Any shipping / delivery charges and banking fees incurred by us or you will not be refunded.

 

RETURNS

 

If you're not satisfied with and wish to return your order, please email us at contact@deqidesigns.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order in order to arrange an exchange.

 

For refunds, please refer to the above terms and conditions under the heading ‘REFUNDS’.

 

In order to arrange an exchange of an order, you must first return the relevant product(s) to us within 28 calendar days of receipt in the same condition as when received by you, together with the original packaging, which must be unmarked, undamaged and in a resalable condition.

 

In relation to personalized items, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted once any personalization costs have been incurred by us.

 

Until any returned goods are received by us in the same condition as when received by you, together with the original packaging, which must be unmarked, undamaged and in a resalable condition, you are wholly responsible for them, including in relation to any loss or damage.

GENERAL

 

We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these conditions of sale if such delay or failure is due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation fire, flood or other extreme weather conditions, acts of terrorism or problems with or delays by any of our suppliers.

 

These conditions of sale are the only terms and conditions that are applicable to your order but shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

If any term of these conditions of sale is determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, then such term will be severed from the remaining terms which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

If you do not comply with these conditions of sale and we take no action in respect of that non-compliance, our right to take action in the same or a similar situation in the future will not be affected.
